Program Schedule
TRAIN LIKE A BOXER
An 8-week program training Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Limited to 8 participants in each group, with a minimum of 2 trainers to ensure results. A high-intensity, full-body workout that will keep you moving the whole time.
BOXING SKILLS CLASS
A class that concentrates on the skill of Boxing and it’s techniques. This class is designed for people who want to continue to receive more technical instruction in boxing, both offensively and defensively.
CIRCUIT CLASS
Circuit training is a fast-paced class, where you do one exercise for specified duration before moving on to your next station. Everyone begins on an exercise and moves onto the next when directed by the instructor.
